冷墙式差压预冷库的实验研究

【中文摘要】 冷墙式差压预冷库是一种综合了预冷和贮藏功能的新型保鲜冷库,适用于中小型农户。通过对2种不同材料包装箱的2种不同堆码形式的油菜预冷实验,分析了影响冷墙式差压预冷库的预冷功能的因素。堆码为2层的预冷时间为17分钟,堆码为5层的预冷时间为5分钟,失重率分别为3%和2.4%,压力损失分别为170Pa和280Pa。相对于打孔纸箱,塑料箱预冷速度要快,压力损失也小。这些实验结果表明冷墙式差压预冷库的预冷口的开启度是影响预冷效果的最重要因素。

【英文摘要】 The experiment was conducted on the precooling of caihualibles packed in two different material boxes stacked in two different modes. The factors affecting the performance of the cold-wall precooling store room were analyzed. The results show that for the stacked mode with two layers, the precooling time was 17min; the weight loss ratio was 3%; the pressure drop was 170Pa. Moreover, for the stacked mode with five layers, the precooling time was 5min; the weight loss ratio was 2.4%; the pressure drop was 280Pa. In addition, the plastic box had shorter precooling time and smaller pressure drop than the boxes with six holes made of papers. These findings confirm that the open degree of the precooling hole is one of the most important factors affecting the performance of cold-wall precooling store rooms.
