Investigation of Thermal Environment and Analyzing for Energy Saving in Residential Building

The paper introduced the thermal environment in Xiamen, tested the thermal environment in a residential building, analyzed the reciprocity of indoor and outdoor thermal environment, and discussed several air-conditioned spaces parameter, which had an effect on human thermal comfort. And then based on the fact of thermal environment in summer and people need of thermal comfort in Xiamen, the feasibility and method of energy saving cost by air-conditioning were discussed.
