【摘要】 介绍了中建大厦暖通空调系统以及自动控制系统的设计。本工程采用了水冷离心式冷水机组和蓄热电锅炉作为空调冷热源,水系统采用了冷水大温差设计,并在空气处理系统中采用了热回收装置,有效地减少了系统能耗。最后,总结了项目在实际使用中存在的一些问题。
【Abstract】 The design of the HVAC systems and its automatic control system for Zhongjian office building was introduced.In this project,water-cooled centrifugal chillers and heat storage electric boilers were used as cold and heat sources,the chilled water was designed with large temperature difference operation and with the recovery unit was adopted in the air handling system,they all effectively reducing the system's energy consumption.Finally,the problems in the system's actual operation were also summarized.
