【英文摘要】 Starting with the background of energy efficiency public announcement system of large-scale public building, the principle, target, content, methods and procedures of energy efficiency public announcement were analyzed. And the analysis points out that the energy ef - ficiency public announcement system expands the connotation of large-scale building supervision system, and makes energy efficiency super-vision has the society supervision function, the comparative competition function, the market cultivation function and energy-saving lifestyle guidance function, which promotes persistent effecting and ordering of the energy efficiency supervision of large-scale public building.
