中国食品冷链物流现状及发展策略

摘要：【中文摘要】 食品冷链的发展直接关系到人们的生活健康,为确保食品安全,必须要加强食品冷链物流的建设及管理。本文首先介绍了食品安全与冷链物流的关系,指出了建设食品冷链物流的必要性和重要性;其次,通过对发达国家食品冷链物流的发展经验与我国食品冷链物流的发展现状进行分析比较,指出了我国在食品冷链物流发展中存在的问题,并提出了我国食品冷链物流的发展策略。 【英文摘要】 The development of food cold chain directly concerns people's life and health.In order to ensure safety of food,China should enhance the development and the scientific management of food cold chain.First,the paper introduces the relation of food safety and cold chain logistics,and points out the necessity and the importance of building food cold chain logistics.Then,through comparing the development experiences of food cold chain logistics in developed countries with the present situation of food cold chain logistics in China, it analyses the existing problem which lies in the development of food cold chain logistics and suggests the development strategies of food cold chain logistics in China. 【中文关键词】 食品; 冷链; 物流; 现状; 策略【英文关键词】 food; cold chain; logistics; current situation; strategy
